We are seeking an experienced Associate Health, Safety and CDM Consultant to join our team at The Health and Safety Partnership Limited. As a key member of our consultancy, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality health and safety services to our clients across various industry sectors.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of consultants delivering CDM services, including Principal Designer, Principal Designer Advisor, and Client Advisor. You will also be involved in health and safety auditing, fire risk assessments, and providing health and safety advice and training to clients.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Partner in the completion of PQQ/bid documents
- Visit sites and work alongside Principal Contractors and their Site Managers
- Conduct audits and investigate incidents, reporting findings
- Advise and instruct clients on health and safety management systems
- Liaise with Enforcing Authorities on behalf of clients
- Provide health and safety advice and training
- Advise clients on health and safety standards and best practice
We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in health and safety, particularly in team management and commercial acumen. You will ideally hold or be working towards CMaPS and CMIOSH or equivalent qualifications.
What We OfferWe offer a competitive salary of £70k-£80k, plus an excellent benefits package, including car allowance, pension, health insurance, and 28 days holiday plus bank holidays. You will also have the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment, with a connection to our London office.
