Field Support Supervisor

Voyage Care Ltd is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Field Support Supervisor to join our team. As a Field Support Supervisor, you will play a vital role in leading our supported living service at Ancaster Mews Greylees, providing exceptional care and support to individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds, and challenging behaviors.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement person-centered support plans to enhance the quality of life of the people we support.
- Conduct care needs assessments, induct new colleagues, complete supervisions/appraisals, and medication audits.
- Attend multi-disciplinary meetings, complete reports, and assist the Branch Manager in the day-to-day management of our services.
- Participate in the on-call rota, providing support and guidance to colleagues and individuals we support.
- Previous experience in a care management role and a Level 3 in Health & Social Care.
- Experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds, and challenging behaviors.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and support a team.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, and participate in the on-call rota.
