Primary Responsibilities:
- Authorization of inpatient medical services.
- Effective cost management through meticulous assessment, appropriate medical evaluation, and successful negotiations.
- Oversight of intricate high-value medical cases.
- Foster and maintain relationships with brokers, clients, and healthcare providers.
- Review and evaluate medical claims.
- Ensure Health, Safety, and Welfare standards are upheld within the team (please refer to the Company’s Safety Statement for a comprehensive list of responsibilities).
- Perform additional duties as required.
Essential Qualifications:
• Valid nursing credentials.
• Prior experience in clinical nursing.
• Proficiency in English and Italian.
• Background in the insurance sector, preferably in healthcare.
• Proven negotiation skills.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
• Completion or progress towards a Diploma in Private Medical Insurance.
• Candidates must have the right to work in Ireland without restrictions.
