Food and Beverage Expert

We are seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Consultant to join our global events team at Nteractive. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing F&B expertise across multiple projects and events throughout the year.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with the F&B Director, Account Directors, and other team members to understand event objectives, F&B requirements, client expectations, and budget parameters.
- Lead and be responsible for all F&B within an assigned portfolio of events, ensuring project documentation is up-to-date and accurate, and agreed parameters and budgets are met.
- Build effective relationships with clients, suppliers, and venue teams to ensure all catering elements of projects are well-planned and run smoothly.
- Negotiate, scrutinize, and manage supplier contracts to ensure value for money and consistent delivery to agreed standards and deadlines.
- Develop timely and accurate budgets to ensure effective delivery of events, proactively managing ongoing costs and identifying issues early with colleagues or clients.
- Ensure onsite F&B operations are delivered to plan, providing direction and guidance to Nteractive and venue teams, and creatively problem-solving as issues arise.
- Significant project management skills at a senior level, with experience in planning and delivering F&B catering projects to deadlines and budgets.
- A track record of delivering high-quality customer-focused services.
- Experience of managing overseas events is highly desirable, but not essential.
- Catering or hospitality degree or equivalent experience and WSET qualification desirable, but not essential.
- Highly organized, with an exceptional eye for detail and delivering perfection.
- Ability to work at pace and under pressure.
