At Super Smart Service, we are seeking an experienced HR Supervisor to join our team. As an HR Supervisor, you will play a key role in managing the overall performance of our team of HR Generalists and supporting various HRBP functions.
Responsibilities
* Manage the performance of the HR Generalist team, ensuring they meet their goals and objectives.
* Support HR project teams and lead initiatives to improve HR processes and procedures.
* Conduct recruiting, interviewing, and hiring processes for screening officers, ensuring compliance with established policy and cost-effectiveness.
* Provide HR support and guidance to employees, addressing labor/employee relations, compensation, and performance management.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree or higher in administrative management or HRM-related field.
* Minimum 5 years of operation management and HR management experience.
* Proficiency in basic office software, including WORD, EXCEL, and OUTLOOK.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong team spirit and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Mandarin and English reading, writing, and speaking.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
