Job Description:


The HR Assistant will be responsible for supporting the HR management team in various aspects of HR operations.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Supporting Line Managers with general HR queries, welfare meetings, investigations, and grievances.
  • Compiling and analysing HR data metrics and statistics.
  • Liaising with stakeholders to review, improve, and record HR processes, documents, and policies.
  • Assisting with the recruitment process, onboarding new starters, and processing employee changes through our HR Information System.
  • Coordinating training sessions and courses using an e-learning platform.

Requirements:


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • A minimum of 2 years' experience working in a Human Resources Department.
  • CIPD level 5 qualification (CPP) or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage time and prioritise effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and HR Information Systems.
