Mechanical Maintenance Team Leader
In the role of Mechanical Maintenance Team Leader, you will oversee the coordination of mechanical operations while ensuring adherence to all applicable legal and regulatory standards.
Your primary objective will be to facilitate the seamless operation of facilities, allowing occupants to conduct their daily activities safely and efficiently. This position also offers opportunities for career progression, including the potential to become an Authorised Person with expanded responsibilities and benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct a specialized team to fulfill site demands while managing tasks effectively
- Organize work priorities to remain within budgetary constraints and timelines
- Ensure team members receive adequate training and maintain motivation, in line with company values
- Effectively manage third-party contractors
- Offer expert guidance on maintenance of facilities
- Lead designated projects as assigned by the Property Operations Manager
This position is full-time with a hybrid work arrangement, operating Monday through Friday, from 8:00 to 16:30.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in leadership roles
- Understanding of health, safety, and environmental legislation
- Experience with subcontractor management
- Knowledge of contract management and procurement processes
- Familiarity with relevant UK laws and regulations
- A valid driving license is required
