About GLL: GLL is a charitable social enterprise dedicated to promoting health and fitness through various sports programs. We are currently seeking a Trampoline Coach to lead our trampoline sessions at The Sands Centre.

Role Overview: As a Trampoline Coach, you will play a crucial role in the development of young athletes. You will have the opportunity to design and implement your own lessons, fostering growth and skill advancement among participants. Your passion for coaching will inspire and motivate children to excel in their trampoline activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a structured trampoline program focused on skill progression and pupil development.
  • Provide high-quality coaching that emphasizes safety and enjoyment.
  • Assist with the setup of equipment, as well as lead warm-up and cool-down sessions.
  • Maintain a positive and professional image of the Centre, ensuring a welcoming environment for all.
  • Level 1 coaches aged 18 and over may oversee the overall delivery of lessons and courses.
  • Participate in training sessions and development days to enhance your coaching skills and trampoline knowledge.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Minimum of UKCC Level 1 coaching qualification in General, Pre-school, or Artistic Gymnastics.
  • A proactive and positive attitude.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong focus on customer service.
  • Experience in coaching within a community environment.
