Key Duties:

  • Conduct both preliminary and in-depth structural assessments for electric actuation systems and their components.
  • Participate in the full product lifecycle, from initial design concepts through to production support.
  • Apply classical and computational techniques for stress evaluation.
  • Organize and prioritize analysis tasks to facilitate swift product development.
  • Innovate and enhance analytical methodologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage with clients.
  • Assist in pursuing new business opportunities and nurturing client relationships.
  • Contribute to the engineering strategy and technology development roadmap.
  • Occasionally undertake additional responsibilities as required, with appropriate training provided.

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Execute preliminary sizing assessments and support conceptual design initiatives.
  • Carry out classical and computational evaluations of mechanical components.
  • Generate and deliver technical documentation and presentations.
  • Develop new capabilities aligned with technology advancement goals.
  • Prepare customer proposals and deliver impactful presentations.
  • Support investigations into failures and implement corrective measures.
  • Collaborate to discover synergies and best practices across teams.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers in their professional development.

Technical Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in structural analysis.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Ansys, MathCAD, and CATIA is preferred.
  • Advanced understanding of classical analysis techniques and structural finite element analysis (FEA).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities in structural contexts.
  • Excellent communication skills.
