Sales Field Consultant

Employment Type: Both full-time and part-time roles are available.
We are on the lookout for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to become part of our Sales Field Consultant team. As a representative of our brand, you will serve as the initial contact for potential customers, providing exceptional service and promoting our offerings to attract new clientele.
While prior sales experience is not mandatory, we seek individuals who are eager to excel in a performance-oriented environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospective customers at their residences, introducing them to our innovative products and services.
- Participate in comprehensive training upon joining, equipping you to engage in meaningful discussions with customers from day one.
- Work hours for part-time roles range from 16 to 30 hours weekly, while full-time positions require 37.5 hours per week.
- Your working hours in the field will be from 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
Training Program:
During the initial three weeks, you will need to be available for training at our designated office from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday. This will include a combination of self-directed learning and an in-office orientation with your manager to guide you through your training journey.
Requirements:
- A valid UK driving license with no more than 8 penalty points.
- A passion for outdoor work.
- A positive and determined mindset.
- Self-motivation to achieve set sales targets, adaptability in addressing objections, and resilience in the face of rejection.
Compensation and Benefits:
The base salary is £25,000 (pro-rata for part-time roles), with top performers earning between £50,000 and £70,000 annually through uncapped commission (pro-rata).
Additional benefits include:
- Pro-rata car allowance for part-time employees.
- 25 days of annual leave, UK bank holidays, and a day off for your birthday (pro-rata).
