Job Description

Hasbro is seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Commercial Business Operations team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pricing and Revenue Management: Own the pricing setup process, ensuring accurate and timely pricing updates in our systems. Collaborate with Brand teams and HDM teams to resolve pricing discrepancies and manage pricing updates.
  • Monthly Sales Estimate: Roll up the monthly forecast for WOTC EMEA, ensuring consistency and accuracy. Work with sales teams to submit forecasts via our planning tool, Logility, and maintain reports using Power BI to analyze current performance against budget.
  • Financial Forecast: Produce the monthly financial forecast, working closely with Brand managers and the Finance team to communicate results to the global business.
  • Revenue Call: Participate in twice-weekly revenue calls, analyzing orders and shipments to provide accurate revenue forecasts.
  • Allocations: Manage the allocation process for oversubscribed products, ensuring fair distribution and maximizing sales through channel trades.
  • Master Data Management: Maintain and update master data lists, including product and customer lists.
  • Sales Analysis Reporting: Own and maintain a weekly snapshot report of revenue and stock holdings.
Requirements:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Proficiency in SAP, Power BI, and Excel
  • Experience with data analysis and forecasting
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
