Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations, hearing aid selection, and fitting, adhering to our client-centric service model of Simply Excellent Hearing Care.
  • Demonstrate hearing aids as part of annual evaluations, creating a personalized auditory simulation experience for clients.
  • Evaluate test results and client needs to make informed recommendations, maximizing client benefits.
  • Perform routine follow-ups, cleanings, and hearing aid repairs, maintaining skills in ear impression taking, earmold modification, and ALD accessories.
  • Embody HearUSA's ambition of Changing Lives through Simply Excellent Hearing Care, partnering with District managers, HCP Team Leads, and L&D to adopt new initiatives and grow your Center's revenue.
  • Build a local community to generate service demand and support marketing campaigns, such as physician outreach and health fairs.
  • Comply with State license laws, FDA guidelines, WSA policies, and HearUSA Quality Practice Guidelines (QPG), operating in a HIPAA-compliant manner.
  • Engage in Continued Professional Development to maintain expertise in service delivery, from consultative counseling to selling, fitting, and troubleshooting current hearing aid technology.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a similar Audiology or Hearing Aid Specialist role.
  • Active state license in Audiology and/or hearing aid dispensing.
  • 1-5 years of experience preferred.
  • Ability to pay close attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Basic or advanced written communication skills.
  • Experience interacting with customers/clients.
  • Ability to communicate detailed or technical information clearly, accurately, and concisely.
  • Ability to work quickly, accurately, and independently in a fast-paced environment.
