Our teams cover software development, DevOps tooling, managed services, advisory, coaching, UX/UI, and more. We're on the lookout for a passionate and driven salesperson to join our UK team as an Account Manager.
Role PurposeAs an Account Manager, you'll take charge of managing and growing a portfolio of key accounts within our 'Core' segment. Your main goal will be to understand each client's unique needs and challenges, expanding Eficode's product and service offerings, especially across Atlassian, GitLab, and GitHub.
You'll focus on building strong, lasting relationships and spotting opportunities to grow Eficode's presence in these accounts. We're looking for someone who thrives on building connections and collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of key accounts, understanding their business needs, challenges, and goals
- Identify and close opportunities to grow Eficode's products and services within the existing account base
- Create and maintain detailed Account Plans and ensure Salesforce accurately reflects business opportunities
- Work with internal sales specialists to identify and execute cross-sell opportunities in your portfolio
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partner vendors
- Collaborate with partner vendor Account Executives on co-selling strategies
- Work closely with internal teams like Customer Success, Licensing, and the Bid Office to manage your portfolio
- Keep data clean and up-to-date, using it to make informed decisions and provide insights to clients and stakeholders
- Provide monthly forecasts, aiming for accuracy within +/-10%, and present results to senior management
You'll be a great fit for this role if you have:
- At least 3 years of experience in account management or sales, ideally in tech, software, or SaaS
- Proven track record of working well with sales partners and stakeholders
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle conflicts smoothly
- Open to traveling when needed for client meetings or company events
It would be an added bonus if you have:
- Experience using Salesforce CRM would be an advantage
- Experience selling Atlassian, GitLab or GitHub software would be highly desirable

- Is comfortable understanding complex technical stuff and turning it into clear business value for clients
- Has solid analytical skills, with a knack for interpreting data and making smart, data-driven decisions
- Can juggle multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Enjoys presenting to both internal teams and clients
- Is skilled at getting the wider team on board to support your sales efforts

Remuneration: £40k - £50k plus compensation. Location: UK-based hybrid-working with weekly visits to our Southampton office. This is a full-time position.
