About the Role

As a Branch Colleague, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, processing transactions, and maintaining a high level of store appearance. You will work closely with our management team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the branch.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment
  • Maintain a high level of store appearance, ensuring the branch is clean, tidy, and well-organized
  • Work collaboratively with the management team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the branch
