Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Branch Colleague. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, operating our services, and contributing to the overall success of our branches.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for all customers
- Operate our services including key cutting, watch and mobile phone repairs, engraving, shoe repairs, photo processing, and dry cleaning
- Contribute to the overall success of our branches by achieving sales targets and providing excellent customer service
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is desirable but not essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including weekends and overtime
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems
