About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team in Stevenage. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Account Managers and ensuring that orders are processed efficiently.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate records and databases
- Provide exceptional customer service to our business clients
- Process and manage orders from receipt to delivery
- Liaise with suppliers and negotiate prices
- Manage stock levels and ensure timely delivery
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly
- Collaborate with the export administrator to ensure compliance with export regulations
- Manage credit notes and applications
- Prioritize shipping and ensure timely delivery
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other administrative software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
