Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver essential professional assistance to clients, advisors, and team members, demonstrating the ability to operate both independently and collaboratively.
  • Support consultants and clients with Group Risk & Healthcare schemes, Employee Benefits (including workplace pensions), and other consultancy services, ensuring effective communication among all stakeholders.
  • As required, upload monthly pension contribution spreadsheets to the relevant providers.
  • Manage client, provider, and TPR interactions regarding AE re-enrollment as necessary.
  • Conduct annual review tasks, providing insights for post-review correspondence to clients and coordinating any necessary follow-up actions.
  • Collaborate with the broader corporate team and provide support as needed.
