Job Title: ABA Therapist | Paediatric Behavioural SpecialistWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ABA Therapist to join our team. As a Behavioural Specialist, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team of occupational therapists, speech and language therapists, and behaviour analysts to provide comprehensive support to children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASDs) and other developmental needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement individualized Behavioural Intervention Plans (BIPs) to support children's learning and development.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive assessments and interventions.
- Provide training and support to parents and caregivers on ABA techniques and strategies.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new programmes and services.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay up-to-date with best practices in ABA.
- Master's degree in Behaviour Analysis or related field.
- BCBA or BCaBA certification (or working towards).
- Experience working with children with ASDs and other developmental needs.
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
