Job Title: ABA Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ABA Consultant to join our clinical team at Beam ABA Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the assessment, design, and analysis of ABA programmes for young people with autism and learning disabilities.

About the Role:

This is a part-time position, working 2-3 days per week, with a focus on providing direct support to young people with complex behavioural needs. You will work closely with our Senior ABA Consultant, Registered Manager, and Director to develop and implement effective ABA programmes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement ABA programmes for young people with autism and learning disabilities
  • Provide direct support to young people with complex behavioural needs
  • Train and support Behaviour Support Therapists
  • Lead programme development and oversee assessment and analysis
  • Work closely with external stakeholders, including parents and schools
Requirements:
  • MSc in Applied Behaviour Analysis
  • BCaBA or BCBA (or working towards BCBA)
  • 2+ years of supervisory responsibilities in the applied field
  • Experience of managing teams and direct Line Management responsibility
