Job Title: ABA Consultant for Young Adults with Autism

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ABA Consultant to join our team at Beam ABA Services. As a Consultant, you will play a crucial role in supporting young adults with autism and learning disabilities in their homes and local communities.

About the Role:

This is a part-time position, working 2-3 days per week. You will be responsible for overseeing the assessment, design, and analysis of ABA programmes, working closely with young people and their families. You will also provide direct support to young people with complex needs, train and support Behaviour Support Therapists, and lead programme development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement ABA programmes for young adults with autism and learning disabilities
  • Provide direct support to young people with complex needs
  • Train and support Behaviour Support Therapists
  • Lead programme development and oversee assessment and analysis
Requirements:
  • MSc in Applied Behaviour Analysis
  • BCaBA or BCBA qualification (or working towards BCBA)
  • 2+ years of supervisory responsibilities in the applied field
  • Experience of managing teams and direct Line Management responsibility
