As a key member of our Gloucestershire clinical team, the Health and Wellbeing Nurse role offers new challenges and opportunities within a supportive local and national context.

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Health and Wellbeing Nurse to join our team in Stroud. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with our diverse and inclusive team to provide high-quality care and support to individuals struggling with substance abuse.

The Role

The Health and Wellbeing Nurse will be responsible for delivering evidence-based interventions and providing guidance and support to individuals, families, and communities affected by substance abuse.

As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of our service strategy, working closely with our clinical lead and other stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.

The Service

Our Adult Drug and Alcohol Services across Gloucestershire transferred to Via on 1st April 2024. This key clinical role is part of Via's new service structure and provides a great opportunity to build on existing service strengths, drive new developments, and make a positive impact.
