About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Health & Wellbeing Nurse to join our team at Via. As a key member of our clinical team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality drug and alcohol services to individuals and their families.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based clinical and psychosocial interventions to support individuals in achieving positive outcomes.
- Provide harm reduction advice, guidance, and education to promote healthy behaviors and prevent harm.
- Work collaboratively with other professionals to ensure seamless care and support for service users.
- Maintain accurate and timely records using our designated case management system.
- Work flexibly across multiple sites and peripatetically when required.
Person Specification
- Registered nurse (RMN, RGN, or Learning Disabilities Nurse) with a current active PIN number.
- Passion for working with substance misuse services or socially excluded/vulnerable groups.
- Excellent team working, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to deliver high-quality services to individuals with complex needs.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and digital meeting platforms.
- Understanding of Health and Social Care regulatory requirements and National Institute for Clinical Excellence standards.
