We are seeking an experienced Wellbeing Coach to join our team in Stroud, Horsfield, and Bristol. As a Wellbeing Coach, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals to overcome health challenges and achieve their employment goals.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to make a real difference in people's lives. You will work closely with customers to identify health barriers to employment and develop personalized action plans to address these challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide health-specific evidence-based advice to customers using clinical expertise and judgment.
  • Deliver specialist health support through group work, digital/virtual sessions, tutor groups, and one-to-one coaching.
  • Develop and implement customer health-specific action plans.
  • Contribute to the development of training materials for non-healthcare trained employees to enhance their knowledge base.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience working in health promotion or public health.
  • A track record of supporting individuals with health issues back to work/vocational rehabilitation/occupational health.
  • Experience supporting customers with physical and mental health difficulties in a customer-facing environment.
