Role Overview:
- You will inherit a well-established client portfolio, transitioning from one of the founding Directors of the firm. Many of these clients have been loyal since the inception of the business.
- Establishing strong relationships with these clients is essential, as well as leveraging the company's esteemed reputation to attract new business opportunities.
- This position requires a collaborative spirit, as you will work alongside a leading brokerage team and sales support to deliver top-notch risk advice and mitigation strategies for your clients.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- A background as a Commercial Insurance Broker or Development Underwriter is preferred, with comprehensive knowledge across various commercial sectors.
- Outstanding client engagement and relationship-building abilities are crucial.
Professional Development:
Progress towards ACII qualifications is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Achievement of the Cert CII qualification is required, with support and funding provided.
