About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive CAD Design Engineer to join our team. As a CAD Design Engineer, you will be responsible for innovating and developing new products, and enhancing existing ones using 2D and 3D CAD (SolidWorks). You will collaborate with tooling, including CNC cutting, mould making, prototype production, and fitting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Innovate and develop new products, and enhance existing ones using 2D and 3D CAD (SolidWorks).
  • Collaborate with tooling, including CNC cutting, mould making, prototype production, and fitting.
  • Humble: Open to feedback and committed to personal and professional growth.

Requirements:

  • Mastery of 2D & 3D CAD, particularly SolidWorks.
  • Experience with lightweight fabricated structures, hinges and fixings, bonding and joining, sheet metal fabrication, GRP moulding, and thermoforming techniques is highly desirable.
  • A driving licence is advantageous but not mandatory.
