Key Responsibilities
  • Innovate and develop new products, and enhance existing ones using 2D and 3D CAD (SolidWorks).
  • Collaborate with tooling, including CNC cutting, mould making, prototype production, and fitting.
  • Generate detailed Bills of Materials (BOMs) and precise fitting instructions.
  • Work closely with the sales team to meet and exceed client requirements.
Candidate Profile

  • Emotionally Intelligent: Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player.
  • Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

Requirements
  • Mastery of 2D & 3D CAD, particularly SolidWorks.
  • Proficiency in producing clear, accurate technical drawings for sales presentations and production.
  • Experience with lightweight fabricated structures, hinges and fixings, bonding and joining, sheet metal fabrication, GRP moulding, and thermoforming techniques is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and outstanding time management skills.
  • A driving licence is advantageous but not mandatory.
