About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Counselling Lecturer to join our dynamic team at Wiltshire College & University Centre.

As a Variable Hours Lecturer in Counselling, you will be responsible for delivering engaging lectures and seminars in Counselling, tailored to meet the diverse needs of our students.

You will provide academic support and guidance to students, fostering a supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver curriculum materials to ensure relevance and alignment with industry standards.
  • Contribute to the assessment and evaluation of student performance.
  • Participate in departmental meetings and collaborative initiatives.

About You:

  • A recognised teaching qualification is desirable but not essential.
  • Professional experience in counselling practice or a related field.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of counselling theories, methodologies, and ethical practices.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire and motivate students.
