**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef to join our team at Bloomcare Group Limited. As a Bank Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality meals for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and prepare menus that meet the dietary needs of our clients
  • Supervise and coordinate the preparation and cooking of meals
  • Ensure high standards of food safety and hygiene are maintained
  • Manage kitchen staff and provide guidance and support as needed
  • Monitor and control kitchen inventory and supplies
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements:

  • City & Guilds & 2, or equivalent qualification (achieved or willing to work towards one)
  • Basic Food / Hygiene Certificate
  • Good communication skills
  • Team player
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Satisfactory Police Check and check against the POVA List (where applicable)
