Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Hotel Reservationist to join our team at Doubletree by Hilton, Cadbury House. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences and maximizing hotel yields through effective reservation management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Register all guest bookings in accordance with hotel standards
  • Communicate effectively with various departments to ensure smooth guest stays
  • Handle reservation queries and provide accurate information on hotel promotions and facilities
  • Adhere to correct selling procedures and rates to maximize yields
  • Stay up-to-date on all hotel promotions and facilities to effectively sell them to guests

Requirements:

  • Positive and happy disposition
  • Excellent communication skills (in person and on the phone)
  • Ability to deliver exceptional customer service at all times
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Teamwork and collaboration
