An amazing opportunity has arisen for a Hotel Reservationist

As Hotel Reservationist you need to ensure that all guests bookings are registered according to the hotel’s standards. Reservation Agents assist and communicate with all departments ensuring a smooth stay for guests and would need to be able to deal with all reservation queries, adhering to correct selling procedures and rates in order to maximise yields. They must also ensure they are aware of all promotions and facilities available in the hotel and that these are sold at every opportunity.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 22.5 per week
