Hotel Reservationist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Hotel Reservationist at Doubletree by Hilton, Cadbury House.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Register all guest bookings according to hotel standards
  • Assist and communicate with various departments to ensure a smooth guest experience
  • Handle reservation queries and adhere to correct selling procedures and rates to maximize yields
  • Stay aware of all promotions and facilities available in the hotel and promote them to guests

Requirements:

  • Positive and happy disposition
  • Excellent communication skills (in person and on the phone)
  • Ability to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Teamwork and collaboration
