The Opportunity

We're seeking a highly motivated Commercial Contracts Manager to join our growing global team. You will play a vital role in supporting our sales, delivery, and customer success teams by leading the negotiation of software licenses, professional services agreements, and strategic partnerships. This involves close collaboration with our legal team and the Head of Commercial to ensure favorable contractual terms and effective post-contract management for complex projects.

Your Responsibilities

  • Evaluate new engagements to determine the appropriate commercial and legal support required.
  • Review and negotiate commercial agreement terms, including professional services pricing, ensuring alignment with Quantexa's policies and objectives.
  • Identify potentially problematic contract clauses for review by our legal team.
  • Contribute to deal structuring by proposing innovative solutions and collaborating on contract frameworks.
  • Manage the contract lifecycle, from negotiation to execution and ongoing administration.

About You

You are a skilled negotiator with a strong understanding of commercial contracts. You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Your attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this role.
