We are seeking a vibrant and motivational Luxury Retail Operations Manager to guide, mentor, and develop our team of Fragrance Specialists in achieving sales, customer satisfaction, and operational objectives. Qualifications

You will possess:

  • Demonstrated retail management or assistant retail management experience, preferably within the beauty sector or a fast-paced retail environment
  • Experience in setting sales and customer service objectives, sales analysis, and staff scheduling
  • Prior retail operations experience, including inventory and facilities management and cash reconciliation
  • A proven history of leading, coaching, and developing a team to achieve success
  • Experience in creating and executing in-store events
