Qualifications
You will possess:
- Demonstrated retail management or assistant retail management experience, preferably within the beauty sector or a fast-paced retail environment
- Experience in setting sales and customer service objectives, sales analysis, and staff scheduling
- Prior retail operations experience, including inventory and facilities management and cash reconciliation
- A proven history of leading, coaching, and developing a team to achieve success
- Experience in creating and executing in-store events

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
