We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housing Assistant to join our Housing Management and Support Service. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our Housing Management team, ensuring the smooth operation of our tenancy management processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Housing Management team, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.
  • Assist with tenancy management tasks, such as processing applications, maintaining records, and communicating with tenants.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, tenants, and other stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service.
