About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our site operations in Glasgow. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing standard work processes and driving service performance across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage manpower budgets for allocated sites, ensuring effective resource allocation and utilization.
  • Implement and drive standard processes, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and best practices.
  • Communicate and motivate teams to achieve business objectives, ensuring alignment with Survitec's mission, vision, and values.
  • Collaborate with business improvement colleagues to identify and address process variances, ensuring learning is shared across the operations community.
  • Ensure employee engagement, performance review, and positive application of people policies and activities.
  • Develop and maintain external accreditations and in-depth understanding of current and emerging best practices through ongoing education and training.
About You

We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled Operations Manager with a proven track record in similar roles. You will have a strong understanding of business operations, management, and leadership principles, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
