Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver expert technical assistance to clients, field staff, and colleagues utilizing Siemens EDA PCB design tools.
  • Work collaboratively with support engineers across various locations.
  • Diagnose intricate design challenges and develop comprehensive knowledge base documentation.
  • Guide clients in the integration of new technologies and broaden their technical expertise.
  • Occasional travel may be required for project-related tasks.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field with a focus on Electronic Design/Layout.
  • Proven experience in the PCB design workflow and familiarity with Siemens EDA Xpedition Enterprise flow applications.
  • Strong command of the English language.
  • Customer-centric mindset coupled with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in scripting is advantageous.
