About the Role

Caged Tigers South Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Aftersales Applications Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing expert technical guidance and support to our customers across the UK and Europe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers on RF/Microwave products and systems
  • Develop and deliver high-quality technical responses to customer inquiries
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve market and technology understanding
  • Hold regular training exercises for the sales team to ensure they have the necessary technical knowledge to support customers
  • Travel to customer sites across the UK and Europe to provide on-site support
Requirements

We are looking for a graduate engineer with a strong technical background in RF/Microwave or electrical/electronic related subjects. The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years of experience working in a high-end technology company and a willingness to travel. A strong understanding of technical support principles and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.
