About the Role

Caged Tigers South Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Aftersales Applications Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing expert technical guidance and support to our customers across the UK and Europe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers on RF/Microwave and electrical/electronic products and systems.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their technical needs are met.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Conduct internal training exercises for the sales team to ensure they have the necessary technical knowledge to support customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest market and technology trends to provide expert advice to customers.
Requirements

We are looking for a graduate engineer with at least 1-2 years of experience in a high-end technology company. You should have a strong technical knowledge of RF/Microwave or electrical/electronic related subjects and be able to adapt to new technologies and systems.

A willingness to travel is required, as the customer base could be spread across the UK and possibly Europe. Regularly hold internal training exercises for the sales team. Develop high-quality technical responses to present to the customer. Look to continuously improve market and technology understanding.
