We are seeking a highly skilled Private Client Tax Manager to join our team at Creative Tax Recruitment. As a key member of our private client tax team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional tax advisory services to our high net worth clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Personal Tax Advisory Work: Oversee and enhance the delivery of personal tax advisory work, including drafting reports and leading client discussions.
- Trust and Estate Management: Manage a client portfolio predominantly involving trusts and estates, addressing multiple sources of income and gains.
- Client Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, effectively communicating complex tax technical information to non-experts.
- Advisory and Compliance Assignments: Drive the delivery of one-off advisory and compliance assignments.
- Team Development: Mentor and provide technical training to team members to foster their development and enhance team performance.
- Process Improvement: Implement process improvements to increase efficiency within the team.
- Technical Tax Skills: Strong technical tax skills, with a strong background in capital gains tax, inheritance tax, and the UK tax return filing process.
- Proactivity: Proactive about improving services and internal processes.
