Tax Manager

Pro-Tax is seeking an experienced US Tax Manager to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in US tax laws and regulations, tax planning, compliance, and client management.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of US clients, including tax compliance and relationship management
- Develop and implement tax strategies for clients with cross-border interests between the US and UK
- Review US tax returns and provide technical guidance and training to junior staff
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing proactive tax advice and addressing their needs in a timely and professional manner
- Range of previous experience in US tax compliance and advisory services, in owner-managed businesses, personal tax, partnerships, and corporate tax
- UK tax technical knowledge is preferred but not required
- Demonstrated experience in managing and coaching staff members
- In-depth knowledge of US and UK tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex tax issues
