Peripatetic Nurse Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Peripatetic Nurse to join our team at Barchester. As a Peripatetic Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical care to our residents across various care homes in your region.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a multi-disciplinary team to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained at each care home
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that cater to the unique needs of our residents
- Provide clinical guidance and support to care home staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure the quality of care is consistently high
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with current NMC registration
- Teaching, mentoring, or supervision qualification
- Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of regulatory frameworks
- Ability to lead by example and motivate teams to deliver exceptional care
