About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at MSX International. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in driving business growth and success by providing strategic HR guidance and support to our leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives and growth plans.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the team, ensuring consistency and alignment with company goals.
  • Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements, best practice, and industry standards.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment through effective employee engagement initiatives and by promoting sustainability, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Coordinate internal communication and support the design of recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Ensure comprehensive onboarding programs to integrate new employees effectively.
  • Act as a point of contact for employees regarding workplace issues, cooperating with the Shared Service Centre.
  • Contribute to performance management initiatives and manage talent through succession planning, career mapping, identifying training needs, and facilitating training workshops.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of competitive compensation and benefits programs.
  • Conduct audits to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Engage with key stakeholders to gain support and buy-in for cultural change initiatives, communicating the vision and objectives to employees.
  • Prepare and present reports on HR activities and project progress.

About You

We are looking for a proactive and innovative HR professional with excellent communication skills and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. You should have experience in talent attraction, retention, employee relations, workforce planning, TUPE, employee engagement, payroll, and people development. People leadership experience, conflict management experience, and experience working in a multinational company with a matrix reporting structure and multiple stakeholders' management at senior level are also essential.
