About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data and Insights Analyst to join our team at SSE plc. As a key member of our Transmission business, you will play a critical role in providing reporting and analysis of customer data to drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research and analysis to develop actionable insights from customer data.
  • Present insights through compelling storytelling and effective data visualisation to internal stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement robust routes for capturing customer insights, reviewing and analysing survey data, and identifying continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Produce and communicate high-quality, engaging presentations to share the voice of the customer and inform business strategies.
  • Develop systems to collect, consolidate, and standardise data from various sources, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
