Energy & Infrastructure Associate Director (AD) - Mergers & Acquisitions

**About the Role**
We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to join our Investment Banking team in London, specializing in the Energy & Infrastructure sector. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering financial advisory services to clients, driving client success and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage deal teams for ECM and M&A transactions in the sector, driving client success and growth.
- Support engagement teams in equity financing, sell-side, buy-side, and general advisory M&A engagements within the Energy sector team.
- Review and analyze valuation models, including project finance, discounted cash flow, leveraged buyout, trading comparables, and transaction comparables.
Requirements:
- Strong sector knowledge of Energy (oil & gas or Renewables) or related areas.
- Excellent financial modelling skills, including DCF and merger models.
- Ability to adapt, manage projects independently, and assume a high level of responsibility as a productive member of the team.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good understanding of financial data sources.
