About this Opportunity

This role sits within a small Team that works supporting the whole business as we roll out new initiatives in a safe and efficient way, to support our ambitious growth plans as a business, we have a wide range of projects and initiatives to deliver as part of our roadmap – for which we are responsible for the change control.

Communication is a key part of the role, and you'll be expected to provide regular verbal and written updates and be able to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

Your mission will be to support the team in managing the tracking of these programmes and considering the impact of the change, this will include working closely with the Project Manager and Business Process Executive to ensure we take our impacted colleagues on a journey and successfully embed the project – from the initial design through to UAT & training and post go live support.

You will need to be proactive, working with others to keep track of tasks, will need to be assertive to ensure all aspects are carried out according to plan. This requires building and maintaining effective cross functional relationships to ensure collaborative working across teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Project Manager throughout the lifecycle of a project delivery
  • Support the UAT cycle – collating feedback and understanding key risks and concerns
  • Facilitating the change control process – working in conjunction with the Training team
  • Work closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient implementation
  • Submit status reports to stakeholders to show progress and risks
  • Where required support the area lead with BAU tickets / issues and prioritisation
  • Be aware of and manage risks to avoid delays
