At Voyage Care Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Service Manager to lead our residential service in Folkestone. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life of the people we support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day running of the service(s), ensuring seamless delivery of care and support.
- Develop and implement person-centred support plans, conducting thorough care needs assessments and recruiting new colleagues.
- Complete supervisions, appraisals, medication competencies, and medication audits, as well as attending multi-disciplinary meetings.
- Effectively manage the service's P&L, ensuring regulatory, legislative, internal, and contractual requirements are met.
About You:
We are looking for a friendly, dynamic, and caring leader with a passion for the care sector and delivering exceptional support. You will have previous experience as a CQC registered manager in a care management role, be willing to undertake CQC registration, and hold a Level 5 in Health & Social Care. Experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds, and challenging behaviours is essential.
