Job Summary:

Voyage Care Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Care Manager to lead our residential service in Folkestone. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our service users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the service, including developing and implementing person-centered support plans.
  • Conduct care needs assessments and recruit, induct, and supervise a team of care professionals.
  • Ensure regulatory, legislative, and contractual requirements are met, including relevant notifications and adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Manage the service's budget and financial performance.
  • Collaborate with local authorities, healthcare professionals, and families to ensure the best possible outcomes for our service users.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a CQC registered manager in a care management role.
  • Level 5 in Health & Social Care.
  • Experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds, and challenging behaviors.
