We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Senior Staff Nurse. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to our service users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, and deliver individualized care to patients/service users, taking into account their unique needs and preferences.
  • Lead the delivery of comprehensive nursing assessments, care plans, and evaluations, ensuring consistently high standards of practice and clinical excellence.
  • Supervise junior staff and students, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet the required standards of care.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
  • Develop and maintain a good professional relationship with patients, colleagues, and visitors, responding promptly and courteously to requests, enquiries, concerns, complaints, and suggestions.
  • Participate in clinical supervision and reflective practice to ensure ongoing professional development and adherence to company policies and procedures.
