Sewell Wallis Ltd is seeking a skilled Accounts Assistant to join their team in North Leeds. As a key member of the accounts team, you will be responsible for managing the purchase ledger, sales ledger, and bank reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the purchase ledger by consolidating purchase invoices weekly.
  • Manage the sales ledger by producing and distributing sales invoices as and when required.
  • Perform bank reconciliations promptly and clear any reconciling items in a timely manner.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • AAT qualified or equivalent.
  • Excellent use of Excel for accounting to an advanced level.
