We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Learning Support Assistant. As a key member of our staff, you will provide support to our growing number of young people with complex needs, including ASD, SEMH, and ADHD.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized support to students with complex needs, promoting their learning and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other professionals to develop and implement personalized learning plans.
  • Use initiative and work independently to support students in various settings, including classrooms and outdoor activities.
  • Build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, demonstrating a calm and patient demeanor at all times.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive school environment, promoting high expectations of learning and behavior.
